How it works: If any single estimate takes longer than 60 seconds from submission to completion, active paid subscribers can file a claim within 30 days of the slow estimate for a $25 account credit applied to the next invoice. One claim per account, lifetime.
Claim window: Within 30 days of a slow (>60s) estimate.
Active paid subscribers: generate 5+ estimates over 30+ days with no wins yet — we credit $25 to your account.
How it works: Eligibility requires an active paid subscription, account age of at least 30 days, at least 5 estimates created, and zero estimates marked as 'won'. One claim per account, lifetime.
Claim window: After your 5th estimate (account ≥30 days old), before marking any job won.
